This article will show you how to delete multiple products at once in Clik Service.
First, you need to give permission to be able to batch delete products. To do this, go to Settings > Staff > Login/Privileges and tick ‘Can batch delete products from settings menu’ for the selected user.
Please note: Any jobs, sales orders or invoices awaiting allocation will only be associated with the deleted product, you will have to manually change to the new product if a job, sales order or invoice is still live and needs allocation.
Once you have the privilege set, go to Settings > Settings > Modules > Products.
In here, click on ‘Batch Product Changes’.
This will open a pop out. From here, click on the ‘Delete Products’ tab. Go through the list and highlight what you want to be deleted. Then click ‘Delete selected’.
Tip: you can filter columns to make deleting easier.
