This article will show you how to send an email through Office 365
First, you will need to go to CRM > Contacts.
Right-click on the contact you want to send an email to and choose either ‘Send email’ or ‘Send email (blank)’.
This will open your Outlook ready for you to compose and send your email to the selected contact’s email.
This was added in update v4.335. Make sure to update your software to get all the latest updates and improvements.
