This article will show you how you can create and add an observation from the schedule of items inspected list.
First, go to the schedule of items inspection page, this is often Page 4 on Domestic and Approved condition reports.
You then need to right-click on an item that’s been inspected and select ‘Create Observation’. In this case, we used the service cable.
You will now be able to create your observation by filling in the boxes or you can click on the magnifying glass icon () to find an observation that has already been created. Once you‘re happy, click ‘OK’
Let us take a look on page 2 to see the observation now in the table.
