The complete email function is great, can you set this for other status to update the customer i.e parts required, quote req etc?
Yes, if you go to Settings > Settings > Property Change Notifications, you can add other statuses when a job has been assigned, for example, and configure the message to suit the update for customers.
What is the timescale for getting compulsory actions for Clik Jobs?
Unfortunately, we do not have an estimated time for this yet.
Do you get a failure notice if the email notification doesn’t deliver?
It will not show a failure notice, but Clik does have a communication log to show it has been sent.
The mechanism to send emails through property change notifications is SMTP, which by default is our SMTP details, but can be changed to yours. However, in the new year, you will be able to use a shared Office 365 account for property change notifications, so delivery failures will be seen on that Office 365 account.
The communication log is in Tools > Messaging > Communication log.
How to allocate and send jobs to engineers via phones etc
You can assign engineers a job by going into a job, selecting ‘Engineers’ and clicking ‘Add’ and find the engineer you want to allocate.
If they have access to Clik Jobs or Clik Remote Engineer they will be able to see the job. This video will also show this in more detail.

Can a compulsory Cat be scheduled?
I think what we mean here is if an action list can be populated automatically on jobs that are scheduled.
To do this you just need to add a job template to your visit schedule in a contract that has the compulsory action lists you require.
Can you tell me if I can send out quotes based on templates, and if yes can I get an electronic signature from the customer?
You can send out quotes based on templates, but unfortunately no electronic signature. However, a customer could have Clik Remote Customer and they can accept/reject a quote.

Can we enable SMS messages to confirm appointments with clients/tenants?
You could use a job status and create a property change notification that will prompt an SMS. You will need to purchase SMS for us to achieve this.

Can colour category in job sheets?
Yes, you can also enable colouring for jobs by going to Settings > Settings > Job Sheets > Enable Category Colours.
