What can I do if a cert has been sent to a field user by a mistake or they are unable to carry out the work?
If for whatever reason, you are unable to ask the engineer to send it back at that time, you can create a template of the certificate sent to the engineer’s device and apply it to a new certificate. You will then be able to send it out to a different engineer.
To do this, go to your ‘Sent Certs’ list by clicking on the drop-down on the 'Certificates' tab.
Then right-click on the cert and select ‘Create Template’.
Enter a template category and name and click ‘Ok’.
You can then find the template in your template list and will be able to apply that to a new cert.
