Customers can quickly raise incidents in Clik Remote Customer using service incidents. When an incident has been added, you will be able to create a job using those details from Clik Remote Manager.
Go to the ‘Service Incidents’ module found in the main menu and select the incident from the list, or create a new one by clicking on ‘New Service Incident’.
Go to Activity > Job > New Job > New Blank Job.
The new job will then be added to your list, you can click on it to open the job sheet.
Relevant fields taken from the service incident will automatically be filled in for the new job – including the company, site address and dates.
You will then be able to assign an engineer to the job, apply a standard fault or add any other relevant work when required. The customer will be able to view and track the progress of the job from their Customer login.
