Before you can void certs, you will need to make sure your user has the correct privileges. Follow this guide and ensure you have the 'Can Void Certificates' privilege allowed.
To void certs in the office software, navigate to the main certificate list, right-click on the cert listing and select ‘Mark As Void’.
The cert will now be removed from the main list. To find your list of voided certs, click on ‘Filter’, tick the ‘Show Void’ box and click ‘Apply’.
You can see which filters you currently have active at the top of the cert list.
Voided certs are locked. If you need to unmark the cert, right-click on the listing and choose ‘Unvoid Cert’.
You will need to make sure you have the appropriate 'Can Un-Void Certificates' privilege allowed for your user to action this. See this article for more information on how to set privileges.
The cert will then move back to the main cert list. You will then have to remove or reset the filter to locate it again by clicking on the ‘Filter’ button.
