If there is an error in the selected customer address, or the site has changed, you can quickly make adjustments when filling in certs.
The edit function can be found next to the details of the client and installation. Click on the pencil icon next to the added company you wish to edit.
A window will then display the details of the company address you currently have in your database. Make your alterations, then click ‘Save’. The updated address will then appear on your cert.
This will also edit the address in the address book.
If you are wanting to create a separate site address for an existing company, you can create a copy and edit the details accordingly for easy use. This will also be useful if the company has multiple plots or buildings on the same site.
To do this click on the plus icon next to the address within the cert and go to ‘Copy Existing Address’. It will then clone the address you already have and give you the chance to make appropriate edits.
Click on ‘Save’ when you are happy with the changes. The new address will then appear on your cert.
This will also add the new site address to the selected company in the address book, as shown below.
If you would prefer not to save your installation addresses to the address book, go to Settings > System and untick the 'Save Installation Addresses To Address Book' box.
