If you’ve provided your customer with access to view or create job sheets in the Customer login for Clik Remote, you can also give them access to view their own diary module.
The customer diary can be enabled in the login privileges within the main Clik Service software.
To enable go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manage Users & Settings. Select the customer and edit the diary privileges as required.
Click 'Next' through the remainder of the setup and save your changes.
The diary has two display options:
- Job Sheets - display jobs by the job start and end date
- Engineer Planning – displays when an engineer has been booked to attend a job
Other options:
- Month or week view
- Option to display job title or job number in the label, which can be found in settings
