If you’ve given your customers access to Clik Remote so they can accept and reject quotes, you might want to set up a new dashboard widget to show the number of new quotes for them to review. This will show you how to set that up.
This will need to be completed in the main Clik Service software. Go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manage Users & Settings and click on ‘New Counter Widget’.
For the Display Description, select ‘Quote Summary’ and click ‘Next’.
To set the widget to count the number of pending quotes set the criteria as ‘Status’, ‘=’ and ‘Pending’ then click ‘Next’. On the next page, select the property to ‘Count’.
Once the criteria has been set for the widget, you can then give it a name and colour.
You will then be prompted to select the users you wish to apply the widget to. Simply tick the box next to your chosen users and click ‘Next’ to complete the process.
