There are a couple of ways to you can save and send your certs. This article will walk you through how you can do it quickly and easily.
Before you can export a PDF, you will need to make sure your user has the correct privileges. Follow this guide and ensure the 'Can Output Certificates' privilege is allowed.
You can quickly save your certs as either a PDF or Zip file on the 'Certificates' tab by right-clicking on your chosen cert in the list and choosing 'PDF' or 'Zip' from the 'Save As' option from the menu.
You can then choose where to save your file.
In the certificate list, right-click on the cert you want to send. Choose ‘PDF’ or ‘Zip’ from the ‘Email As’ option.
The file will then be generated and the send email screen will appear, as below.
You can email to a contact from the client company by selecting their name from the drop-down under 'Select Contact' or enter in the email manually in the box under 'Enter Email'.
Fill in the details and click ‘Send’ when you are happy.
Your cert file will then be emailed to your selected recipient(s).
