Sites & Equipment History
Give your engineers access to job history and notes for sites and equipment to help them understand exactly what work has been done prior to attending a job. From viewing photos to activity, it will help increase communication and improve the user’s preparation for upcoming jobs.
From the Manager login, you can control what your engineers can see and do in their own Clik Remote portal. You might decide to give a specific user access to create quotes, purchase orders for parts or job sheets for any out-of-hours call outs.
Templates will allow engineers to email quotes or job sheets straight from Clik Remote to customers when on-site. Speed up the job completion process and enhance your efficiency with this feature.
Manuals and relevant documentation can be made available to engineers to view and download in Clik Remote. Users can also upload documents to job sheets and quotes; useful if you wish to include photos of work they have done, to be stored in the main database for future reference.
Action lists can be used to assign engineers a set of tasks or a checklist to complete when they are out on jobs. The results of the captured information can then be exported for customers to receive or reported on from the reporting module in Clik Service.
