You may have discovered by now that you can sync your address book/client list to your engineers who are using Field Mode.
However, you may have not sent all your clients to the Field Mode login.
To prevent your address book from duplicating your clients we have incorporated a merge conflict screen. Once you’ve synced, selected and accepted your chosen cert, the merge conflict screen will appear if the Client Name or Install Company matches a record already created in your address book.
If it does, you will have the option to merge the certificate client details with the record which already exists in your address book. Simply select the applicable Cert Field from the list and match it with the existing client. Click ‘Finish’ and the certificate will be successfully accepted with no errors.
