This article will show you how you can edit completed certificates. You will first need to make sure your user has the correct privileges to complete this process. Follow this guide and ensure the 'Can Edit Complete Certificates' privilege is allowed.
When you do an edit, you will have an audit log to show what has been edited and who has edited the certificate.
Note: you will not be able to edit the test results on a completed cert
First, open a completed certificate and select ‘edit’ at the top of the certificate window.
You will now be in edit mode. Next, hover over the field you wish to edit with your mouse and select the edit icon, beside the highlighted box.
You will then be prompted to select the Edit Reason from the drop-down and then go ahead with the edit. Click 'Okay' and 'Yes' when the Commit To Edit warning appears.
The edit will then be completed.
This feature was added in update v1.0.35, see what else is new in the version history.
