Spell check will be enabled automatically if you’re on the latest update of Clik Service. Spell check is available in the Jobs, Quotes, Invoices and Sales Order modules currently, but we hope to have it everywhere very soon.
Spell Check Settings
The settings for spellcheck will let you turn it off and create a shortcut key to use for spellcheck.
- Go to settings > settings > spell check.
Using Spell Check
If you spell something incorrectly it will underline it in red. To correct the mistake just right-click on it and select the correct spelling from the drop-down menu that will appear.
You can also do a complete spell check of a Job, Invoice, Quote and Sales Order by clicking on the spell check button, like in this example on a job sheet.
