If your engineer or customer has typed in the incorrect password a couple of times, they may receive an error message when attempting to log in. We’ll show you how to unlock their account.
This will need to be completed in the main desktop software, Clik Service.
To unlock the suspended account, go to Settings > Clik Remote > Manage Users & Settings.
Click on the suspended engineer and click the ‘Remove Suspension’ button.
The user will then be able to log into their Clik Remote.
