Go to Settings > Staff, select a staff member and select ‘Timesheets/work times’. Here, you can see whether your chosen user has a paid lunch.
If you untick 'Paid – lunch' it will not include lunch as a working hour in the timesheet analysis.
If you tick the 'Include lunch' tick box then the engineer would have a paid lunch.
You can also go to Modules > Timesheets > Timesheets analysis and select the engineer to change this.
