To add an engineer to the schedule you will need to be logged into Clik with appropriate permissions to access the settings.
- Click on settings at the top of the program then select staff.
- Click on new to create a new member of staff. You must fill in at least a first name and a surname.
- Once you have created the member of staff ensure that the engineer tick box is ticked so the engineer will appear on the schedule.
- You can also change the colour they appear as in the schedule by editing the schedule colour option below the department drop-down menu.
