Creating the Equipment CSV Template
- First, you need to create a template to put the equipment in.
- Go to tools > CSV > equipment.
- Select create CSV template > standard equipment template or standard equipment template with user definable fields.
- You will be prompted to save a copy of the Excel file to your PC which you should do.
- Collate your equipment information into the corresponding columns within the Excel template.
- Make sure the site description or reference are spelled correctly so the equipment can be imported into the sites correctly.
- Save the CSV document and exit Excel.
Importing The Equipment Into Clik Service
- Go to tools > CSV > equipment.
- For this particular CSV, select import > site reference then click OK.
- When the import has finished, click save. This will import the equipment into Clik Service.
- Refresh Clik Service CRM and you will see the equipment you have imported.
