If you do not already know how to create an action list, find out how here.
- To start, go to tools > print template editor and open your chosen template.
- Select the insert table button.
- Place the table on the location you want the action list to be displayed. The table properties will display.
- Next select action list from the table container type drop-down menu in the top right corner and select the action list you require under table name e.g. energy-saving checklist. Add action lists to templates.
- You will need to add columns to the table but you may just want the description and the answer. Select the columns tab and add a standard column, then apply the corresponding field name.
To save the template click OK.
