Having a few problems printing your certificates? It could be the one of the below.
Do you have funny characters on your certificate? If so, you might need to re-install the fonts.
- Go to edit > default settings > fonts and tick attempt automatic load on start-up.
- Now restart your software and the fonts will be installed.
If you are still having problems, it could be the print settings...
- When you want to print a certificate, click on the printer setup box, highlighted below.
- Make sure the paper size is set to A4 and not letter.
Your certificate should be printing fine and dandy now, but if it doesn't give our tech ninja's a bell on 0117 902 2012.
