This article will show you how you can apply a job template on a re-occurring visit schedule, so your jobs are all filled in and ready to go for those visits.
First, you need to be in the visit schedule part of the contract. You can get there either by creating a contract using the wizard or by going into a contract and selecting the ‘Reoccurring visits schedule’ tab and then selecting ‘Edit Schedules’.
The visit schedule page will look like below.
Next, you just need to select ‘Browse’ on the job template section and select the template you require.
