This article will show you how you can connect Clik Service with your QuickBooks online accounting software.
Please note: QuickBooks requires Clik Service v4.328 or above.
To start, go to Settings > Settings.
Here, navigate to 'Accounts', tick 'Enable Accounts Integration' and select 'QuickBooks Online'. To configure your QuickBooks account to Clik Service, select 'Connect to QuickBooks'.
Once logged in to your QuickBooks account, this will then open the QuickBooks integration setup. Click 'Connect'. The authorisation process will then be completed, close the browser and return to the Clik Service dashboard.
You will now be able to post your invoices, purchase orders and credits all to QuickBooks.
After completing this process, you can then complete the remaining QuickBooks settings. You will need to configure your Clik tax codes to the relevant QuickBooks tax codes. Follow the video below to find out more about the QuickBooks settings in Clik Service.
