Bits We've Added
- Support for Clik Remote Manager.
- This includes a new system for configuring widgets and graphs for the Clik Remote dashboard (Clik Remote Manager out 3 July 2017).
Things We've Tweaked
- When using advanced printing settings you can now select an email address from a list of contacts.
- You can now find a contact by using the 'Find Site' feature in the CRM.
- Vehicle information tags added to job templates.
- Engineer telephone numbers and vehicle information added to any engineer job grid or report.
Reports
- Summary reports can be grouped by date fields with an option to group by just the year, or year/month combinations.
- Purchase order item list, tech incident and contract visits now support summary reports.
- Invoice/credit reports can be grouped by financial year.
- Site tool shows whether a company/contact is a customer, supplier or other.
- Cylinder serial numbers added to consignment notes.
- Job reports can now search by equipment description, make, model and serial reference.
- Delivery description, delivery address and invoice address added to invoice reports.
- Added job category, fault code and status to job engineer report.
- Added a report to identify purchase invoices that have the "Round Tax Per Item" tick box.
- Site telephone added to quotes.
- Added site description column to queued jobs screen.
- Site, customer and log type added to the F-Gas log report.
Bug Fixes
- Property change notification for new and completed jobs linked with Clik Remote 5.
- Fixed error “The travel time is not included in the calculation of tax time item”.
- Signature and date not showing when printing.
- The cancel button for the reminder window is now working (settings > reminders).
- Fixed the default setting for "Round Tax Per Item" on purchase invoices.
- F-Gas "Next leak test due" and "Actual charge" columns fixed.
- Property change notifications for tick boxes not working.
- Save jobs as PDF not showing the correct status.
- Custom tax codes weren't transferring over to Quote.
- Call back reminder not updating if you move the call back.
- Tab not working when adding time over midnight.
- The custom tax code wasn't merging correctly from Clik Jobs.
- Sales enquiry list crashed when filtered by "hrs duration".
- Posting PI/PC/PO to Xero when using the known inventory item with the sales account instead of purchase account.
- Transparency introduced in charts.
- Linking a quote to the existing sales enquiry date range was wrong.
- Merge error - when no product was found for linked product allocation.
- When setting a stock take date it didn't save that date but the day you processed it.
- When you create a PI from a PO by going to activity > new pi > as a single item > all items, it wasn't putting a tax code on the item.
- Credit number wasn't showing on invoice reports.
- There was an error when saving a quote from the main quote list.
- When adding a new product to a sales order and then right-clicking to add it to the products database, the tax and nominal codes weren't carrying over (nominal code defaults to default one in settings).
- In projects, when you add columns to quotes it wasn't saving.
- Couldn't add 'type' user fields to standard fault templates.
- The stock wasn't being allocated from default stock location even when there was stock available.
- Copy quote item ordering wasn’t working.
- When editing a piece of equipment, when you ticked decommissioned the save button didn't come up until you clicked on another box, and then, only the save and close button worked, not just the save button.
- F-GAS - CO2 didn't always populate into the column on the main system grid.
- If the last cost of a product has more than 2 decimal places, Clik will round up the number to 2 decimal places before multiplying by the available stock.
- Restrictions within a product. If the user doesn’t have access to the sales module, this removes the sales tax on the product, which holds all the information for attached job sheets.
- Contacts tab wasn't using the grid colours.
- Sales order: dispatch date wasn't clearing correctly, it kept adding a date even when not required.
- Contract visits. When adding a new contract visit it is called Visit 0. If you change that to visit 1, then create a new visit, the sequence remains, so the 2nd visit is still called Visit 1 and so on.
- F-Gas - If you create a system for a site that has been previously moved from another customer, it creates the system with this old customer.
- Purchase Credits - There was no option to accept the credit fixed.
- When deleting an invoice which is linked to a job, the link wasn't removed in the database.
- The nominal column within invoices is now linked to the accounts setting.
- Fixed job-saving issue - If you went to create a new job, fill in the details but not save the job, then proceed to email the job out without having closed it, then it would email it with the template applied but not save the job or prompt you to save the job. You could then go and close the job saying no to saving and there will be no reference to its existence in Clik, but an email with all the job information was present.
- Changing the tech incident priority type in settings didn't change anything in the tech support module.
- When creating a new job by right-clicking on a customer in the CRM then selecting "create new > job sheet" then also creating a new site, this error appeared - "Please select a customer before trying to create a new address" even though a customer was selected.
- When creating a credit from the CRM the invoice address was not picked up.
- When you complete a job, it turns yellow in the all jobs list. If you then invoice it, in the all jobs list, it turns green. Now if you delete that invoice from the job - it stays green, it doesn't go back to yellow.
- There was an error when creating a quote from a blank sales enquiry with £0 value.
- F-Gas logs report wasn't showing all logs.
- Email templates didn't work on purchase invoices.
Clik Jobs
- Queued jobs screen was not showing correct Clik Jobs engineers name.
- Queued jobs weren't supporting multiple engineer uploads.
