You can setup and view reminders against individual certificates. These are then shown in the Reminders/Planned Work list along with a pop-up notification.
Enabling automatic reminders in your defaults will mean that when you click complete on a certificate, a reminder window will appear.
You can change the title, reminder type, and due date as required. This will then show in the Reminder/Planned Visits list. The reminder will continue to appear and pop up until you tick the Reminder Complete box.
- To manually set a reminder on a certificate you need to highlight and right-click on the certificate from the certificate list.
- From the drop-down menu select create reminder for certificate. The reminder window will then load.
