New features
- Spell check, which is currently available in the Jobs, Invoices, Quotes and Sales Orders modules.
- Standard faults can now be configured with a pre-defined list of user defined fields.
- New Product/Pricing batch changes tools for making changes to large groups of products. Includes category, tax code changes, as well as adjusting sell/cost prices up/down
- Sage 50 Product Invoices – as well as the existing Service Invoice functionality, Clik Service can now post Product Invoices to Sage 50. Includes options to adjust stock levels within Sage 50.
- New option to notify when engineers have received a job in the Clik Jobs app.
Improvements
- Large speed improvement when searching the CRM by telephone number/email address etc.
- Contract Visit reporting overhauled. It’s now faster, many more properties to add to the report (including contract and site user-defined fields, site notes) or search by.
- Sales Order reporting overhauled. It’s now much faster, and available for producing graphs/charts.
- Sales Enquiry reporting overhauled. It’s now much faster, and available for producing graphs/charts.
- Sales Enquiry module - Large performance improvements for the sales enquiry list.
- “Due Date” added to Purchase Invoices.
- “Copy Quote” now available from within the Quote itself.
- New setting allowing a Purchase Order raised from a Sales Order to use the Customer address as the delivery address.
- F-GAS – Can now assign systems to a contract visit or a contract visit template. (Allowing the system to be automatically added to subsequent jobs).
- F-GAS – Contracts now show a summary of all systems involved in that contract.
- F-GAS – Cylinder serial number added to the F-GAS log.
- F-GAS – You can now create an F-GAS system from an existing equipment item.
- F-GAS – You can now create a job sheet from an F-GAS system.
- F-GAS – Cylinder report has some new properties. Returned, Returned Date, Consignment Note
- Recurring invoices can now specify the customer per schedule (previously it was only possible to specify the customer per invoice template).
- Contract Number can be altered when creating contracts through the Contract Wizard.
- Currency exchange rates are now editable.
- Email templates now available for credit notes.
- Engineer’s schedule – Customer name for jobs shown in the tooltip.
- Job sheet rates list was behaving strangely when linked to a contract with no rates. (Now correctly shows the “controlled by contract” warning).
Bug fixes
- When creating a job from a quote, the responsible user is now copied.
- Adding time items for a given engineer rate was not re-calculating the tax in some situations.
- Sage 50 currency setup. “Synchronise with Accounts” button was disabled even when Sage 50 link was configured.
- New project labour job costing items were not setting the correct default tax code.
- Sales Orders created from Projects were shown twice against the project.
- Conversion from Clik Service v3 to v4. Recurring invoice customer information was incompatible between the two systems and incorrectly imported.
- PDF export of reports showing grouped list data was not showing correctly.
- Saved reports with a search “between” two dates were saving the first date, but not the second date.
- Auto stock allocation preview was showing blank details.
- “Copy contract with new dates” function was not copying across equipment from the source contract.
- Unable to filter/sort/search addresses in the Purchase Order list.
- Purchase Invoice job list. Remove link button wasn’t working
- Product location report was including deleted products.
