How to get support
When you purchase your Clik product, you will receive 30 days free support to get you up and running with your program. After that, there are various ways of obtaining support for your Clik product.
Clik cover
Clik Cover members have unlimited access to our support team via the telephone during office hours. They also receive regular updates and free upgrades, which includes changes to the software, new features and any potential bug fixes.
Clients with Clik Cover are our priority, we promise to solve all your problems as quickly and with as little disruption to your working day as possible.
Pay as you go
If you feel you don’t want to take our Clik Cover, but every now and then you may need some technical help – you can use our Pay As You Go system.
You can call during normal office hours on our dedicated support help line and your call will go straight through to the support team. Calls are charged at £1 per minute.

If you really don’t want to pay for support, there is still an option for you to obtain assistance.
You can email our support team direct; they will get back to you within 24 hours. (Although it is usually quicker than that, we have to specify a timescale).
